In Season 3 Episode 9 After learning the truth of what Cassidy did to Sarah, Kyle and Jessi want to know what he intends for them and for that Kyle has to lie, which he is not very good at doing. Kyle tries to earn Cassidy’s trust by inviting him over for dinner, which upsets Jessi as she fails to understand why Kyle is befriending her mother’s killer. However, she unexpectedly comes to the dinner, upsetting Kyle’s plan about getting answers out of Cassidy. However it seems that Kyle has an over-all larger plan which he had kept reserved for such a situation. Meanwhile, Josh tries to give Andy a great farewell by planning a perfect evening, which is also going to be their last evening together
