In Season 3 Episode 5 In this episode of kyle xy season 3, Kyle, Josh, and Nicole meet an accident while the three are on their way to a psychology conference and find themselves stuck in the woods without any means of communication. There they help a woman named Gretchen deliver a baby boy whom she names Kyle. Jessi learns about her friends’ predicament through Kyle, she sends some help immediately. However Nichole has to be hospitalized due to her bleeding uncontrollably and Kyle’s attempt to improve her condition by impersonating a doctor, fails. This leads Kyle to seek Lantok’s help in saving Nichole’s life, who agrees on the condition that Kyle joins forces with him, to which Kyle agrees. Meanwhile, Lori and Jessi face trouble in their relationship while Andy does not answer Josh’s calls. Later, Andy comes back upon learning about Nichole through Josh’s voice message, and Lori apologizes to Jessi for being rude while Kyle emerges from Nichole’s room and tells everyone that she will be fine.
